Sea Freight

Bass Strait shipping is an essential domestic service, providing for the Tasmanian population, visitors and economy. SeaRoad’s sea freight services include the transportation of containers, trailers, refrigerated units, cars and other mobile equipment on our RoRo vessels, Searoad Mersey II and Searoad Tamar. The vessels sail overnight from Monday to Saturday between Melbourne and Devonport. Our diverse fleet enables us to handle freight in a range of sizes, including:
